Low light is a meme.
If you care more about photo then get a flash instead. A flash would be way more versatile and useful for your "low light" photography.
If video's your game then get an adequate lighting setup, like an led panel and a light stand or a camera cage so you can mount your garbage to that.
Besides most of the time you'll have to use an nd filter to get "cinematic" or even watchable shutter speeds in video.
