but since you asked, it's an incredible lens to me, but I have no context because the 50 1.8 and kit lens are all I've ever used cause they came with the camera. This knocks both on their asses for sharpness but the lack of auto focus in particular is a real kick in the scrote because I have to use my eyes and the viewfinder to get the focus usable and I don't think I have focus magnification on this, so I'm kind of hoping for the best in most cases
I've also noticed it only seems to be in focus when it's pushed to infinity or close to it and unless I'm focusing within a few feet I shouldn't really come away from infinity. Weird to me as someone who doesn't have much experience with lenses
