What were some turning points in your photographic life that made you reconsider your approach / how you view photography, certain techniques?

1) I'm never going to get on that level
2) Fashion photography doesn't suck and I've never thought it would appeal to me
3) I want to try analogue large-format camera 20 x 30 cm combined with Polaroid film now
