- Better lens socket. For once, the plastic used on the A6000 is inferior to otherwise maymay metal. It makes sense to have metal on the lens socket.
- Better EVF resolution
- 4k video
- Some sensor improvements
That said, you can have more of all of this in other newer Sony camera models, and it's also not terribly relevant if you want just stills.
My personal valuation is that you'd probably not want to pay much more for an A6300 than an A6000. If you were willing to pay more, you'd be FAR better off with an A6500, A7 III or A7R III or whatever.
