First one, the big one, it's creepy. What were you conveying with this picture? They're a couple I guess (I hope) but his hand placement on her thigh is super creepy, it looks too fake, maybe it has to do with how her face looks here.
You cut off his hand, a big no.
The lighting is "eh", their eyes are dark. You need to bring a reflector to fill in the shadows, it will make all the difference
They're on two different focal planes which enhances the creepy feeling, as he's behind her, out of focus, it's like he's reaching onto her to abduct her or some shit.
keeping it simple, I would have aimed to take the photo straight on so they're both in focus, and have them be more relaxed and not looking at you directly. Also is it even legal to do that in the fountain? Might consider that it is not, lol.
But don't let this discourage you, as a first picture it's alright. I can see you cared about the photo. My suggestion? Go single person, couples are way more complex to portray.
