The sensor shift calibration falls out of alignment below 10°C (due to dilation) just enough to ruin your shots and in good conditions you get 30s top on 200mm, it works much better when you do wider FOV, 35mm or lower.
It works quite well for what it is though, it is the better alternative for tracking the sky for a night time landscape shot.
I think it is the easiest way to get into tracked astro and the quickest to run into limitations if you want detailed images of nebulae.
