You could of gotten a plenty sharp image with f/3.5 or higher, you don't need to go to 11 for clarity but you do go that high is you want everything from the near to the far in focus. Only problem is that the near stuff on the left is being over exposed by the street light; simply not worth including. I would of just cut my losses and try to get the distant buildings in the same shot as the fireworks. I see you had a prime lens so maybe this was your only option to include everything. Does not help that it's still a bit light out.
I hope you shot in RAW as that image noise needs some work, the chroma for sure.
