70K followers mean shit if the engagement rate is bad. Check it before you want to be featured.
Does that account produce any own content, or does it just repost?
When did they repost your shot? Tagging you afterwards (~8 hours, or later) won't really give you exposure.
If they don't reply, report them for copyright infringement.

Just reposts other people's content. They posted my shot 14 hours ago. When I first saw the post 6 hours ago I already knew that it was probably too late to get good enough exposure if they were to tag me so late, and now it's even worse.

Is instagram the best place to try get exposure? I've only ever tried flickr and it just seems to be filled with bots and old people with fake DSLRs

I know the feeling man, one of the biggest pop stars of the country I live in stole a picture I took of her in a festival and did not tag me in the picture.

I've been through this before with a famous musician here too. I ask his manager about the photo, and asked for my name on the tag. Good thing is, after that episode they hired me for 2 shows in town. feels good
