I payed for Lightroom 5 as it came "as a bonus" with the camera I bought but since Adobe sucks dicks and bans a quadrillion serial keys just to be sure that no one pirates it, they banned legit serials too. So now I am running a cracked version of it.

I'm not really happy about the subscription model. I guess no one except for adobe is.

Lightroom is better for batch editing and cataloguing hundreds of photos in one session. Usually my workflow is do basic edits across a large amount of photos in LR then do more extensive work on the keepers in PS.

Absolutely every Raw editing software on the face of earth does editing non-destructively. Ligthroom, Photoshop, Raw Thereapee, ON1, or fucking any Canon/Nikon/Sony bundleware.
And they also all do cataloging, organization, and mass editing.

Yeah, you can use ACR and do no further modifications to the image, and then it's nondestructive, but why? Lightroom is a tool designed to do that. Also, what organization tools does Photoshop have?

Like a capacitor on a MOBO? Oh no, I have to get a new MOBO and continue on with my Windows 7.

I literally found a Dell tower 2 months ago in the trash with a i5 Quad Core CPU. Only thing missing in the tower was a HDD, so I got a new HDD installed a fresh copy of Windows 7. Nice secondary tower. Currently have 5 functioning computers running Windows 7 and it just workz.
