A convicted sex groomer who fled Britain to Hong Kong last summer began his 15 year prison sentence in the UK yesterday for a string of sexual offences after being extradited.
He absconded to Hong Kong in August prior to a second trial at Oxford Crown Court for two counts each of rape and sexual assault involving a 15-year-old girl.

'Unhealthy sexual fascination'
In an earlier trial at the same court, he was found guilty of making indecent images of children, inciting a female under the age of 16 to engage in sexual activity, and three counts of sexual activity involving a 14 year-old girl.
A total of two underage girls were involved in the case.
The British national was convicted in absentia to a total of 15 years in prison.
Passing sentence in his absence last October, Judge Patrick Eccles described Tsang as “a predatory man with an unhealthy sexual fascination with adolescent white girls,” the Oxford Times reported.

I do believe the Mods are partaking in this illegal behavior as well. This is felony level slander and I wouldn't be surprised at all if Chosis and Kai both sued the shit out of 4chan for allowing this to go on and directly supporting it. Technically it’s libel, since it’s published. And even if 4chan’s “all comments are owned by the poster” disclaimer absolves the site owner of responsibility, it is still highly unethical to let this thread stay up for so long.
