I'm going to attend Otakon in a couple of weeks and found out my old camera is dead. I am partial to the Canon PowerShot line and would like one of their pocket camera.

Narrowed it down to either the ELPH190IS or the SX620HS since both are in my price range. My "ask" is for the one that can take a photo as quickly as possible so I don't get the blur like my older models.
