>>3329638By the looks of it, a phone. Probably a Samsung because it's missing a lot of detail even though the light is not awful. Newer iPhones and the pixel are way ahead in decent lighting situations now. Any more obscure phone would just be a wild guess.
That's possible just the screenshot quality though.
I'm guessing the flare is just a filter but I could be wrong. If it's real, the lens definitely has a tiny front element so probably fits the smartphone theory.
