He's a weird autistic guy who created an insta account & website and frequented /p/ telling people he had bone cancer and only had X months to live. He's really bad at photography but, presumably due to sympathy, gained a few thousand followers and a few donations
Later he started another insta account rehashing photos taken from /p/ under the name slashpcollective (which, incidentally barely gathered a few likes per shot and a few followers) but used it to advertise a competition for a lamborghini using a downloaded script for the million dollar homepage. It turned out he owned the competition site and it was a bad scam trying to take money from people for a chance to win on a fake site and it turned out the whole reason he started the /p/ account was for this scam and self promotion
He later started an account where he literally posted creepshots of schoolgirls and kids and quickly removed it when it was discovered
He also tried scamming people on /biz/ from bitcoins or turtlecoins or something, I don't know the details but it failed as hard as his attempted /p/ scam
He also frequents /pol/ or r9k and uses racism to derail threads, uses boomer talk a lot to start arguments and get replies, and plenty more really sad shit you'd think was a joke
He also posted on /p/ after being banned saying he was an old ex friend or work associate of chosis who managed to hack his social media account, email account and website and create all those scams and the pedo account etc but had now found God and felt guilty so had to admit to it on 4chan
If any of this sounds like I'm making it up- I'm not. He's actually this crazy and stupid and you can find links to all the threads and things described above in the archives. There are several other equally crazy incidents and things you can see along the way
In short- he's a bad photographer who attempts to scam people and fails due to incredible stupidity
