For some kind of parallel; in dundee there is a jakey performer called fast eddie who for the past 2-4 years has been playing a harmonica on the street. When he started he was laughably shit, struggled to play three blind mice and was the butt of every joke. But since then has persisted to the point where he can play and sing a range of tunes fairly entertainingly; and it's working for him - his clothes have started getting smarter and he's invested in a microphone and speaker. He's become a welcome part of the furniture.
But yoda fuck has been sitting there for longer, his act hasn't gone anywhere past pointing and touching people - he doesn't even try to do a yoda impression. Which for the amount of time he's been at it, he should have mastered. A true waste of space performer.
