Rich and poor rub shoulders on the street. Education in the Arts is (was) based on ability rather than funding. There are still tutors (professors) out there that will still call a spade a spade.
Just as we have rich entitled photographers shooting homeless people, there's also poor photographers shooting (and mocking) the rich. Class and status in the UK is over exagerated, on a Frday night no one gives a fuck after a few beers.
