And sharpening is made to offset the inherent softness caused by a cfa, there is no "sharpening a little for printing", there's only sharpening the correct amount to offset the cfa. You would do the exact same to any sony shot, they would get the same boost to clarity and fuji would be just as far behind again.
Small sensors are a false economy and will never compare to full frame, even more so than a yongnuo 50mm 1.8 doesn't compare next to an otus.
