Is there a legit left handed DSLR or mirrorless anywhere?

Now it's either carrying a tripod with DSLR or using a compact camera small enough to use upside down or somehow manage to palm it and press the shutter.
Is the solution an external lefty rig like in the picture?

And by left hand I mean for a person who only has a left hand, not the Ned Flanders type.
