>>3386401The shot would have looked a lot better if you didn't try to use a selective mask to raise the exposure on the road and those signs. it just looks completely out of place with the surroundings and the amount of noise. it just looks like shit and draws too much attention away from the sky which is actually shot not too bad. the dark foreground actually makes for a nice moody feel.
if you wanted the foreground to be visible you should have took a separate photo of it. whether that was when you had more light or using a long exposure is up to you.
