The key is to not ever go into a shoot expecting sex, or even trying for it. You do that, you come off as a creepy pervert who's doing photoshoots with hot women just because he wants to bang them. Go into it with the idea of just getting some good pictures and being a decent human being and a few of the models are naturally going to think "Wow, this guy's artistic, fun to be around, and I'm a little turned on by letting him look at my naked body. Maybe I should let him stick his penis in me".
