>>3366732Easy to understand. When a Nikon/Canon/Sony/Leica shooter thinks his dick might be too small, they can resort to gear faggotry in their arguments for their chosen systems--e.g., the small advantages full frame gives you over 1.5 or 2.0x crop systems, the greater breadth of lenses, etc.
Panasonic (until recently), Oly, and Fuji users can't do that, so when *they're* afraid that their dicks are too small, they have to resort to arguments like "Those differences are infinitesimal" or "we value a smaller system over a tiny increase in image quality" and other such things which, on the surface, appear to be anti-gearfaggotry but, of course, are really just another form of gearfaggotry. Especially when the Fuji guys pull out the ol' "Yeah, but Fuji also makes MEDIUM FORMAT" argument even though none of them could ever afford it.
I went through and bumped all of the photo threads I could find with legit critique today. I tried to do my part to make the board a slightly better place. What did you do? Just post meta-gearfaggotry?
