But those are like sharp they must be retouched or fake? Wouldn't atmosphere make it all blurry

Averaging, lucky imaging. An astronomical telescope will get you much sharper images on a clean night.

They might be, but they don't have to. If you have a telescope you can buy adapters to place your camera to it and use it as a lens, and if it is a specially dry night you can get really crisp images of the moon. Especially far north during autumn/winter, or deserts will get you the conditions you want to get sharp images of the moon and other astronomical objects.
