Should I feel bad about photographing a homeless person? I generaly avoid photographing anyone cleary struggling or homeless, and in this case I noticed the man’s hat, the way it hid his face, the form created by his jacket, and his focused demanour. I ended up with this shot, and then started to consider if he was homeless (my guess is that it’s likely but I’m still unsure). In any case, what’s the consensus on photographing anyone possibly homeless, even if the photo is utilizing elements other than just their social status?
