I currently shoot some medium format, irregularly and when I do i send it out to be developed and then scan the negatives once they get back, same with 35mm, I have a Epson v600 and scan negatives with that. But the one issue I am having is that I want high quality scans, which the flatbed obviously isnt going to do compared to a dedicated scanner, but i do get 50MP+ scans from my flatbed when I scan the 120 negs, and while looking into the different labs that offer services online I couldn't really find any that offered the same high resolution that I scan at home. These scans usually top out at around 16-20MP, which seems to defeat the point of shooting 120 film.
>Does anyone know a lab that offers high san resolutions for a decent price
> Are the "large" scans from the different labs still better than a 16-20MP image from an a DSLR or mirrorless in terms of resolving power and have a noticeable jump in image quality ?
>What are your guys scan results vs a labs "large" scans
>What labs do you guys use ?
>What res do most of you scan your 120 negs ?
