First of all, no filter will help because the orange "cast" is not a cast, but a mask. I.e. it's of variable density and hue, depending on colour and brightness of the objects on the frame.
You need proper CMY filtration, like you do in the colour head of an enlarger when printing from negatives.
The normal process is, shooting in low contrast colour negative (develop in ECN-2 process), contact print in high contrast positive (ECP-2 process) that is balanced to help you cancel out the orange mask.
You need special film stocks to make this work.
Negative films like 50D, 250D, 500T etc., and positive films like EK 2383/3383, take a look here:
https://www.kodak.com/US/en/motion/products/distribution_and_exhibition/color_print_film_2383_3383/default.htmIt's almost impossible to get all you need unless you are willing to buy massive quantities.
Last time I checked, films like 2383 are sold in boxes of 6 rolls, each roll 2000' or so in length.
That's about 400 36-exposure rolls per roll, so 2400 rolls for the box of 6.
Then of course you'd need an expensive af printer.
The only "realistic" choice, it to shoot some ECN-2 film and see if a cine lab is willing to develop and print (on positive) short rolls.
