Have done MANY nude sessions over the years, and if you're considering a career in this business, how you handle the nude sessions will have a TREMENDOUS impact on the overall success of your business. Whenever I had a request for a nude (or even boudoir/lingerie shoot, I always, ALWAYS used a female assistant. Didn't even NEED an assistant, but it serves a twofold purpose: makes the model/subject/client more comfortable, and protects you in a liability sense from any future claim of inappropriate behavior. Also, I always strongly encouraged the client to bring a friend/significant other/trusted companion to the session. Even if they choose not to, the offer lends an aspect of trust to the transaction.
And on a somewhat separate note, if you're truly interested in the process, not using it to get laid, you won't even be consciously thinking about the fact that she's naked, you'll be concentrating on your basics, i.e., posing/lighting/focus/exposure, etc.
