If you are after a real simple camera I'd look at something like a Fuji 645 camera as these are light, very easy to handhold, have amazing lens quality, the perfect image ratio, built in meter.
The 67 and Hassy don't have a meter as standard so you have to factor in a metered prism or handheld meter. I use either / or.
The 67 and Hassy both have pretty strong mirror slap so expect to shoot at high speeds when you aren't on a tripod. If you get a 67 make sure it has MLU.
Lens performance is similar to be honest.
Consider a Bronica or RB67 to save a bit of cash. RZ67 is a fine option also.
I'd put it down to what image format you like more than anything.
PS: Rolleiflex Xenotar 2.8 smokes any other medium format lens even the Mamiya 7 series
