>>3404681The lighting is ok.
The focal point of the image is the side of her face which you've opened up way too much, it looks like a a football pitch. Her forehead furthers the effect. There's simply way too much skin area at the center of the photo, that the eye is drawn to immediately.
Then you catch her other eye, her mouth slightly agape, those features are not mysteriously hidden, they've just been sort of pushed aside and are awkwardly lingering there. The more you look the more wierd it seems. With her visible ear, her face almost looks like cubism.
This is a pretty girl and you have not done her justice.
The absolute worst thing about the photo though, is the look in her eyes. She looks insecure. That's how most people look when you photograph them, and it's the worst thing you can possibly have in a portrait photograph. If you can't get life in your subjects eyes, you've failed as a photographer.
The colors are uninteresting, the most striking color is her skin tone and her lipstick and earing don't stand out against it.
Everything else going on in the photo is awful. You've got the lines of the edge of the machines converging on her, and the arcs of the doors above her, none of that works. The text doesn't work. It's like you don't have an eye at all.
Going deeper, what is the story of the photo? What does it mean? The story of the photo is a nervous girl waiting to be photographed by you while doing laundry. It's not even a girl doing laundry. It means nothing.
I think it's a terrible photo. Don't even worry about processing.
