Probably because they came out too late neither the F6 or Contax 645 built a solid user base, and you will not find old-timers waxing poetic like they will over the F3 or the Hasselblad 500cm / 501 / 503.
I don't see the D850 really hitting any milestone other than exceeding the lens rendering capability of 35mm format (the D800 already did so in my opinion). Nothing to me about the D850 really comes close to the F6 or Contax 645 in being the pinnacle of it's format because: 1) we are still seeing advancements in digital, and 2) we don't have another technology to replace digital.
