You will never walk a mountain path or find a snowy pier or hike into the wilderness. And if you did, by some grace of god or strong medication, you wouldn't have any idea how to compose an original shot because your lack of experience. You'd either take the exact same photos posted above, or you'd walk away from the moment with nothing and mentally excuse it with being "derivative."
There are things worse than being derivative - at least those people are attempting something - shooting nothing and complaining on the internet is much, much worse.
