>>3414297 (ctd, and still talking about >>3413404)Posing is a more advanced photography subject, but some quick tips:
1. Have her do something with her hands other than just dangling them in front of her. It's better than dangling them at her sides, I guess, but still not great. Try some combination of:
1a. Hand near face
1b. Hand on hip
1c. Hands behind her head
1d. One hand on a breast and the other down her pants and just shoot some straight-up porn with this girl.
1e. Hand running through hair
2. Body straight on, face straight on, eyes straight on. Bad combination. You're shooting a portrait, not a mugshot. She doesn't even seem to be looking *at* the camera but rather slightly to the left of the camera which gives her a weird mannequinny look. Humans are naturally drawn to look at the eyes of other humans, so when they hit what can be best described as spaced-out dead cow eyes, it makes the viewer uncomfortable. Try:
2a. Face towards camera, eyes looking off to the side (a little more than they are, but not so much that you only see the whites of her eyes). Adds interest because it makes you wonder where she's looking and what she's looking at.
2b. Eyes towards camera, face turned at about a 45 degree angle away. Pointing the eyes at the camera engages the viewer, turning the face adds some dynamism (and makes her face look less flat)
2c. Also try having her body at a different angle. Straight-on isn't the most flattering, especially with that shirt that hides any curves in her hips.
3. Her mona-lisa expression doesn't help with the whole "Lifeless eyes, black eyes, like a doll's eyes" aspect of her. Talk to her. Get her laughing. Catch genuine expressions. Have her move around.
4. Have her gather all of her hair over one shoulder instead of having it dangling over both. It'll make her neck look better.
