Depends on the country and the person but generally speaking they have different issues than men rather than having it any easier or harder
In the west it's a lot harder to get permission to shoot kids as a woman, and in general, as people are less defensive
It's obviously scarier/harder to shoot at night, in the city, et al
And of course many countries will shit on you for being a woman regardless of if you have a camera in your hand
