Badly lit
Hair is messy, no pose
The ring is distracting

It's a nice pic but it's badly composed

It's not terrible, the hair in the face adds a layer of mystique and is interesting but either get further back and give more headroom or move in closer because her being smack in the middle with all that information on the sides is not great and is quite distracting. It doesn't help that the light in the background changes within the frame itself from shadows to direct sunlight, just another thing to be distracted by. Also the colors are just a bit flat but thats neither here nor there, that might be what you were going for

thanks for your advice mate , the composition of this oe was pretty random i took it without planing anything but when i got home i kind of liked it and decided to go for this faded and flat colors

It doesn't work in portrait orientation. There are some nice details on the floor that could have been the point of interest if you had used a wider lens (and used a narrower aperture). The light is good, you definitely have something interesting there.

Just a crude edit of some of the visual profiles, but the more important thing is the cropping. Subtract what isnt vital to the photo. The post behind your subject was distracting. Crop it out or try to notice it before you click the shutter and have your subject move over or change your angle.

Soft light on the subject would be nice if the shadows weren't also fucked and the clipped blacks aren't terrible, that's about the only good thing I can find to say

A portrait where you can't see the face...is it a portrait? I mean, it could be. But this looks like a mistake, rather than something intended.
Apart from that, the bokeh could be better. And don't put her in the middle, especially when the background is boring.
