Is the Panasonic Lumix G7/Micro Four Thirds lens system a good camera to invest into for a hobby photographer and videographer? I had a Sony a6000 since I knew top of the line Sony's had the best bodies, but the G7 offers 4K at an affordable cost, side flip out screen, and microphone jack. I never purchased new Sony lenses because they were so expensive and there was no good used market. Anyway, I needed some money so I sold it a while ago. But now I've come into money so I may invest in a new camera. With this blank slate I'm not sure which to invest into because I'm obviously not rich enough to be able to drop my entire camera/lens system and re-buy everything. I wanna make sure I get it right the first time. Is the G7 a good investment? The lens market doesn't look much better, honestly, but the features are great.
