Answer 1) Mate, it makes no fucking difference. Put whatever and adjust your shooting accordingly.
Answer 2) If you plan the street shooting before and it’s still light enough load the 800.
Answer 3) Use only one film type, either bw or color, don’t get distracted by “oh, this would be better in the other film” or “wait, what film did I load again?”. If you really can’t avoid bringing too much with you, do it right with one camera for each film. But the real way to do it right is, choose before heading out and stick with the one you have with you.
