How to value an account? How much can I ask for mines?

I got a new job and i wont have time/patience to manage two accounts I 've been growing. The big one is making some money in shoutouts so I think is something with value that deserves me to inform myself, but prices on internet are so random I don't know what to ask
one has 55k and is about photography
the other one 13,8k and is about travel
both have normal-meh engagement, not terrible, but not great
