I carry that pretty much anywhere. This week though I bought the a6400 and a sony 24-105, so I will probably be carrying different gear now

For city I take a 30mm. If there are good viewpoints I will also bring my 16mm and 70-300 because I love viewpoints

For landscape I like to take a 16mm and my 70-300. Landscapes are only interesting if they are wide or telephoto.

My 56mm I only bring if I am bored and want to make an effort to take interesting pictures

Seven foot tripod, four lenses, five glass filters, sensor cleaning kit, swabs, cleaning cloth, remote, wired remote, 35mm automatic camera with TRiX loaded, Black roll of tape, black card, pen, Flash, flash filter, Flash director...

I want to get an "ultimate lens hood" too for shooting through glass, but i think i'd literally crack my shoulder carrying all this shit.

I shoot 4k video fairly regularly. The batteries are also very small, so why not? But yes, the cameras can go through them fairly quick, with that being said, 12 is WAYYYY over kill. I bought them when I went to Iceland, and I knew I would be out shooting photos and videos for like 18 hours a day, so I wanted to make sure I had enough

All of my gears. They fit in a small lowepro rucksack. Ultra wide to long tele. Heavy shit like tripods and and telescopes stay at home mostly unless they are needed.

"In this day and age, given the current climate" a small point and shoot with an ovf is the way to go. Anything that looks professional is met with suspicion from both the Authorities and Joe Public. Holding a smart phone at arms length is ok while screeching "I'm recording!" it seems.

Daily-carry, just a G85 with the 12-60/3.5-5.6 and spare batteries. Compact enough to not take up much space, capable enough for 90% of what I shoot, and body and lens weathersealed so I can use it in rain or shine.

Yesterday I took about 50 pictures on my A7 II starting with a full charge and was down to 48% battery life at the end. 12 batteries sounds like a good number to bring for his setup.

90% of the time, just a body and a normal prime lens. Which body varies from day to day depending on my mood. Today, A7III plus 7Artisans 50/1.1.

If I'm wandering around an abandoned building, I'll usually go with an ultrawide zoom instead of the normal. If I'm doing a photoshoot, I bring a bag with ultrawide+normal+portrait+a 50/1.2 for special bokewhoring.

I carry it all in a small shoulder bag and the extra lens on my belt so it isn't that uncomfortable but I can't lie, I do miss the time where I used a smaller DSLR and P&S but having low light made much easier is worth it for me at least because I like going out at night.
If I can't take a bag with me I only bring the 24-70 and keep my camera under my jacket, and if I'm taking a tripod with me I still use the same setup except with the tripod mounted to a backpack, most of my accessories are in my shoulder bag as well.
In total it weighs in at 4-5kg.

A battery lasts me roughly 40min of recording on 4k 400mb.

3 batteries is usually enough for me.

Then I might bring my xpro2 with 23 1.4 lens in my camera bag or a film cam. I like to travel light, i've never needed to carry tons of lenses or batteries with me.

I just have one small camera bag that just about fits my A7II, four lenses and a couple of batteries. It's a light setup.
I am however considering whether or not I should just go out with just one lens and carry the camera with the lens attached inside my jacket's pocket.

For the last decade, no matter where I go, I follow the simple principal of one camera one lens. It's allows me to learn the camera as if it's an extension of my body, so I can focus my attention fully on capturing the scene. Learning to see in a focal length is powerful, you can move your feet to get in position and see what you'll capture before you even raise to camera and depress the shutter.

Cameras I've used over the last few years are Canon 5d/40mm, mamiya c330/55mm, Minolta Autocord, Nikon l35af, Fuji ga645i (favorite camera ever), toyo45a/rodenstock 135mm, x100, and now the x100f.

I think my dream camera would be the Fuji GF670 or Plaubel Makina 67 loaded with Tmax400.

You could carry half the batteries. Take a power bank and a dual charger from rav power or something. Rotate them to the charger 2 at a time as they get depleted.

I have two situations: traveling to a city, and traveling within a city.

to a city, always:

In a city, always:

I bring the ladder and lights or whatever else I need if the job requires it. 90% of the time I have the ladder outdoors. I also have a drone I bring if it might need. I have an inspire and a mavic and frankly i hate needing the inspire.

Or you could just not. Why risk your batteries not being fully charged from the power bank by the end of the day, if you could just have an excess of batteries? Also, I was using two cameras almost all of the time, so I was using a lot of battery

Casual shooting: Nikon FM2n + 50mm 1.4 / 28mm AIS in bag, or a Bronica RF645. Sometimes a Rolleiflex.
Shooting with intent: Hasselblad 500 C/M with a couple of backs, Sekonic, a couple of lenses (Always 80mm Planar, 120mm macro for portraits, 50mm Distagon for wider work) or a Pentax 6x7 with 105mm / 45mm.
