Honestly, you good a good eye.
You'll get good with practice.
Some pics are soft/noisy, that could be improved, but it's not the alpha and omega.

The best thing you can do if you want to get better is to stay the hell away from /p/ and other internet sources. They'll suck away your love of photography and teach you nothing worthwhile.

I mean it. Avoid p, read books, take pics, get critique, maybe (not here).

People looks calm here and I could find some really good photos since I've been here.
Sure, I read books and study photography out of here, I just mean that here doesn't look so bad as described, you just need to know how to absorb the comments, and separate critic from hate.

Give it room to breathe
Angle to take out the rail on the bottom-right which is distracting

Lead into the direction the building or subject is facing (to the left and towards the camera, not right as you've went with)

I like the first two. None of the others are particularly good or interesting- just shoot more
