>>3454094>more affordable lensesNot really, the higher end Sony lenses are still expensive. The Sigma trinity are equally priced to the Fuji f2 trinity on the grey market. The f2 trinity might not be as fast but they're sharper & weather sealed.
>better ecosystem>better upgrade pathYeah, you can move up to Full Frame which is a plus.
>affordable decent flashesSony AND Fuji have Godox flashes so they both have equally affordable decent flashes.
>faster and more accurate AFSony is a hair faster but with Boost Mode and a fast lens Fuji is no slouch. T. owned both.
>flippy vlog screendon't care
>newer, better sensorThe X-Trans sensor is fine and some even prefer the older generations for their colour output.
>bettery battery effeciencynope, they're about the same in battery efficiency. At least the Fuji battery grip allows 3 batteries in the camera rather than just 2 like the Sony one.
>much nicer EVFagain only a hair better, not "much nicer". The X-T2 has a 100fps frame rate extremely high end EVF and the X-T3 only improved it. It's one of the best EVFs you can get.
>3rd party supportOther than Sigma, Fuji has this too. Look at the new Viltrox 85mm f1.8 for instance.
>higher quality lensesNah, Fuji has Sony beat on first party lenses. Build quality is much higher, physical aperture rings, more compact, sharpness out the wazoo. Their lenses are their strength since they don't cut any corners at all.
>raw filesYou can use Capture One 12 to edit with full camera/lens support without any extra process or quality hit.
>much better video performanceTrue until recently, with the X-T2 and on they've been focused on video and it shows. Eterna LUT on F-log video is real nice.
>shutter soundFuji has the best mechanical shutter sound in the business. Part of the reason I swapped from A6000 to Fuji is because the A6000 shutter sounds like a gun going off it's so loud. Plus you can use electronic shutter to make it silent unlike A6000.
