It's really not that bad. Try handling a Fuji and tell me the Sony ergos are "shit." How do the ergonomics bother you?

There are a lot of native lenses and an above average number of quality third party lenses. Affordable quality lenses aren't as plentiful as with Canon, but you can always adapt a Canon lens. Which lens do you feel yourself wanting? Or are you just a poorfag?

Sony lenses are for richfags.
Samyang has the lenses for poorfags. Their F1,4 primes have AF now. They are native for the mount as well.

...and that they only got very recently. Despite the fact that Canon and Nikon have had the option of custom menus for something like a decade, the A7 and A7II do not have the option of a custom menu, meaning that if there’s two settings you have to change relatively frequently, you have to dig through the whole fucking menu system every time you need to change them.
