I can't decide between apsC and M4/3, i usually do flowers and plants, but i like nature and landscapes.
I really like panasonics and Olympus's price points, but they keep moving production to reduce costs, which means their gear will innevitebly turn shit because they cut corners compared to Sony, Canon, Nikon, and Fuji.
But then again only Canon and Nikon still make their stuff in Japan, everyone else is out in nam.

I think the digic 8 is a rebranded digic 7, i haven't seen any concrete evidence of it being better spec wise. Same fps for 4k and 1080p, but i think the SL3 has 120 frames in 1080p, but the M50 might get hat in an update.
To me it seems that Canon is testing the waters if DSLR is more popular than mirrorless. Right now the M50 is the top selling camera in the world (at least in japan), so if the sl3 doesn't fare well, they'll probably join sony and Fuji in mirrorless only lineups in the future.
