For the weight of a phone OP can probably get away with the cheapest thing on the market
Probably $20 for a tripod along with the phone holder

I have modified the Lightroom mobile APK and added all the presets i have on my pc. The image above have a cinematic present applied not sure which one, you can find many presets like this on VSCO app.
