>>3469029Looks properly focused to me. I like the fact that you composed the frame so the cardinal isn't intersected by the dark lines of the trees in the background, but would've liked it a bit more if he were centered between those branches more. Also, I'd recommend bringing the shadows up a bit more to make his face less dark, and maybe level the wire a bit better (if possible--it's going to be a wide catenary curve, so it might not be possible to get it flat). Overall though, good shot. Birds are hard to get close with.
>>3469392About half of my complaints about this are due to the fact that you shot with a cellphone--it looks very cellphoney. The missed focus is also distracting. Since the mama bird flew away, you could've gotten a closer perspective on the eggs, which might've been a more interesting shot. My eyes keep getting pulled to thebright spot in the corner, especially since that's in focus while the eggs aren't.
>>3469394Kind of jumbled composition, especially with the extra bottom dog. But hey, at least you're just taking pictures of these dogs, not murdering them, so that's a step in the right direction.
>>3469443This is a good dog. Good composition, good subject, good moment. Would've preferred less motion blur, although I understand that might not've been possible given that you were shooting film.
>>3469753Good bug shot. I love how the light's hitting its wings, and the very dramatic curve of those antennae. The composition works well.
>>3469756Cat's mostly facing away and its face is in shadow, neither of which I really like. With the screen, though, it almost evokes a prison-like feeling--the cat is behind bars and not happy about it. Its body language feels angry and resentful. I would recommend cleaning the spots on the wall--not sure if those were there in reality or they're dirt on your sensor, but it looks like the latter to me.
