>>3468017Okay, so if we're looking at purely technical stuff and not choice of subject, think about the visual makeup of your image and how different elements interact. The central conflict of the image is the barbed wire / fence against the open, blue sky and clouds. You're contrasting straight, thin grey lines against smooth bright colour. To that end, the wood in the bottom right detracts from the image - it's more colourful than the sky and distracts from the effect of the fence. Meanwhile, the brightest and most colourful part of the image isn't the clouds but the reflections on the fence. You're making the fence the most attractive/appealing part of your image which I'm guessing was not the message you're going for. It's a nice sky, more can be brought out of it in post-processing.
One thing I think you did right is the crop (aside from the wood). The image generally feels geometrically well-balanced, 4:5 is nice.
