God, I fucking hate dirty hippy squatting activists with a passion. There certainly is a point about us not considering the implications of CCTV surveillance, but to pretend that the terms of the 'contract' we have with the state for the former are equivalent to that of a creep filming you, while you have no knowledge of his motives, nor an agreement with regards to the use of the video, is disingenuously ludicrous.
I would most likely engage the harasser in conversation and get this point across, start filming myself, ask him to stop, then walk away and make the harassment obvious if he keeps following, then proceed to bash his face in with my knuckles and choke him out.
