>>3474519>story timeBecause haters are entertaining, especially when they create alternate realities in order to cope. It's not often that you make someone absolutely hate you just by existing, so you have to stick around and watch the show.
I worked with a guy who was like
>>3474360 once, and it was awesome. I've been cycle commuting 40-50km daily (I change my route up a bit) for years now, and he got jealous about it because he's a fat smoker with no determination at all. He tried to tear me down out of insecurity, saying weird shit all the time. He actually said to me once: "Yeah, but it's easier for you because you have a shed. I'd have to carry a bike through my house". Bear in mind that I don't even give a shit if he rides or not and the whole thing was borne of his own insecurity, but I don't keep my bikes in my shed... I carry them through my house. My house is full of bikes because I'm a fucking autist.
As if that's the hardest part of riding that far every day, year-round anyway... what a bizarre argument. He'd have about 1/6 the distance to ride than I do as well. But that's the conclusion he came to, that it's just magically easier for me. Not that I enjoyed it and the challenge, or because I'm an introvert who needs exercise to stay focused on life and hack it in society. It's because everything's just easier for other people than it is for him. Exactly the same coping method that
>>3474360 came up with.
Some people become stronger in the face of adversity, others turn into little bitches. I always found it interesting how insecure some bitches are, and wonder what they went through to make them that way. It's always fun to see what mental gymnastics they perform to make themselves feel better, and I was not disappointed today.
