I had something as rare as a productive day yesterday. Made some decent compositions, I'd say. Knowing this board, I'm probably wrong.

Your clouds darker shadows look retarded because you did that while keeping detail in other areas that it should have affected. You overdid the post in those areas and it ruins an otherwise decent photo. B/w is all or nothing.

You played it safe too with your choice of focal lengths because all your pics have capable compositions that could have been great but you chose to not try.

Underexposed shadows and boring compositions. Pick a different focal length and try again

Shadows are fine. There's plenty of detail. You need to calibrate your monitor. It must certainly have too much contrast.

Interesting that you are not able to discern that there's more than one focal length. Perhaps you should try again.

Liked your editing, but the composition in most of them aren't attractive. mind cropping some of them, a narrow image might improve your black and whites
