looking at my first camera for photography and this is the best i can get cus poverty.

For a budget of <$250:

These are all options I'd take a look at, though if it were me I'd lean more towards the Canon than anything else.

Don't buy a fucking bridge camera. They're no better than a phone camera. Tiny sensor crammed into a bulky body and retard friendly settings.

Get yourself any interchangeable lens camera. If that's a DSLR from Canon or Nikon or a mirrorless camera from Sony, Canon, Panasonic or Fuji. If you want a good cheap starting point, get the original Canon M, Sony Nex 5n or Fuji X-E2 used off eBay. For DSLRs there's plenty of choice.

Also don't skimp on lenses. The lens is what gives you most of the image quality. A basic 50mm f1.8 prime lens (it doesn't zoom but allows in a fuckload more light) is a great start. Start with the kit lens and upgrade to a prime lens ASAP.

Nah, that's superzoom. Fixed lens, super range, almost definitely no raw. If you need super high range for birbing and perving it's an option. For regular photography, you're better of with smaller point and shoot cams. For 200 buy used dslr. Canon, Nikon, Pentax.
