Avoid symmetry (between arms, hands, legs etc).
If possible, try to work with low key lighting.

Don't bother doing anything to try and mask her obesity. Make sure to capture her as accurately as possible, so when she sees the photos, she might realize how disgusting she really is and lose some weight
