How do I break the pleateau?

Ive gotten a few Editor's Favourites, which is encouraging.
But I cant seem to progress any higher.

Ive been looking as books and compiling the images of previous assignments winners and published photographers to get inspiration and look at common what qualities they have.

What angle would you approach /p/?
