I think Edward Burtnsky also shoots/shot 8x10, but the detail actually helped. Honestly though, while you can tell the difference between a crop camera and kit lens and 50 MP D-SLR and L lens or whatever even on a screen, you probably can't do the same with LF and MF or 135.
